In the past there was a lot of debate about the anabolic window and how it effects our performance and muscle growth.In this video I'll be talking about the best post workout meal strategy based on science to gain muscle.I will give you the exact number about how much protein after workout you need and how much carbs after workout you should ingest.If it comes to glycogen most people think glycogen is crucial for muscle building and recovery but actually the effect is not that huge if you do not train the same muscle group within the next 24 hours.What to eat after a workout can be crucial for building muscle and still the effects often are overrated.Adding 20g of protein, 30g at a maximum to your protein shake is more than enough and will help repair muscles and trigger protein synthesis.
