Very pleased with the results of my epidural

The experience would have been five stars had I been told that a urine sample would be needed. After several attempts and 11/2 hour wait, I was given the oral exam.

I was pleasantly surprised. I have been dealing With a lot of pain and Sarah Listen to me. And addressed my concerns and how she felt she could help me I couldn't ask for more.

Dr Yoon was pleasant and informative. I learned some things about my condition to help me move forward in treatment. Was seen minutes after arriving.

Dr Yoon, is very professional polite and we'll talk to you throughout what you need done I will recommend him for a nerve conduction study and an emj procedure done.
The Glen Burnie office is clean very professional I recommend anybody to go to there.

Great staff! They will definitely help you feel better and heal properly very quickly.

The staff is very nice and my appointment was very quick, I love the early self check in that I can do the day before from my phone.

Miss Sarah the nurse practitioner is a wonderful! She doesn't just look at the computer and type she really sits there and listens. And then she talks with you about what to be done. The assistant that takes the blood pressure is always friendly and happy and pleasant it's a nice chance to have a great place to go to.

First time patient and did not like my service I received. The front desk staff was good. I think the doctor could use a lot more patience with his patients. I did not need to know about his family business and how he is because of who his dad is. Patience first and foremost most, politeness second and third please do not treat me rush me or try to belittle me. I will give it another try, but if this happens again. I will report him to whomever I have to. I catch public transportation to and from my appointment's. So I respect some of understanding.

The doctor was very thorough and I was very pleased with his assessment.

Chris Hoffman in 2 words, compassionate and passionate, Chris is compassionate, he wants me to get better and understands my injury and pain. He works with me to ensure I create a " healing not damaging environment". Passionate in that He thru many years of experience, goes beyond the standard of just treatment but explains why each exercise benefits me. Thanks Chris you are a great Physical therapist.

I received a shot in my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff today and will be doing PT in a week. I’ll be 73 soon and they have kept me moving.

Great doctors. They have been helping me control my pain for many years. still up and moving. Their reception staff needs a little help but very friendly.

I had an awesome experience. The front desk people were is. The MA was nice and the doctor. They spoke respectfully & no judgement. The doctor helped me with no problem.

Front desk was a little slow, not private, but they were very kind. The music did not seem fitting for an office, it was club music, and loud. The doctor was nice but rushed. I would have liked more time with him. Yes I will go back to get my procedures done. The doctor seemed confident of giving me relief, but indifferent when I asked questions. Like I should know the answers. I will gather my questions and call before my 1st procedure so I am clear what is going to happen.

I had a visit today and it was smooth sailing from the time you come in, reception the Medical assistant and the Doctor takes time with you and very thorough

Day one. A crushed shoulder. The doctor (Dr. Foo) listened. I was offered options to ameliorate pain. He even gave options for where to send my mother for her own problems.
We'll see how it goes.

Excellent!!! They give great friendly service with just the right amount of medication, treatments and explain the full details of your physical ailment.

The front desk was very busy, but still very engaged, professional and personable. Amy is also all of the above, and knows who you are and adds in a few personal details in as well. Amy always has a game plan for my health.

I think they do a great job, the doctor that I was seen by really cared and did thier job properly. The front desk persons are professional and nice.

The practitioners are good. PT average. Front desk staff overwhelmed by new pressures within organization but very pleasant to clients. Really poor system used between patients and office/ practitioners and the computerized check in often has wrong current medication ( sometimes it contains medication you have never been prescribed, discontinued taking years ago, or lists the same medication in both generic name and brand name. Changing basic information like phone numbers is not possible). They have 1 centralized call center and one choice for the MidAtlantic offices and the answer time ranges from 10 minutes- 20+ minutes and using the computerized system to leave messages is too complicated to navigate driving so if you’re stuck in traffic and running late you cross your fingers that they will see you. You are allowed a 15 minute grace period but it can take that long to wait for the line at the front desk to check you in. I’ve been seen right away and waited close to 2 hours ( so plan accordingly). Again the staff is pleasant and PAs and docs are good. But the computerized check in and portal and phone system have a lot to be desired.
