Our RV park has a wide range of RV campsites equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy the beauty of nature comfortably. Our campsite has both standard pull-thru and back-in sites available with full hookups, including water, sewage, and electricity in 20, 30, or 50 amps. We have pull-thru sites that can comfortably fit vehicles up to 85 feet long, including Big Rigs.

Our RV sites also come with fire pits, a picnic table, and are pet-friendly so your four-legged best friend can join in on the fun as well.

No wristbands are required for amenities.

Additional guests are $5 per person per day.

Yes, stamps are required for entry and are available at the front desk.

Is drinking allowed at the beach/pool?

No glass is allowed, non-alcoholic drinks are ok.

Can we swim, boat, fish, or kayak in the lake/pond/river?

There is no river or pond onsite.

Can I bring my own golf cart?

Guests may not bring their own golf carts, ATVs must be approved by the campground office upon arrival.

Are companion or emotional support animals allowed at no cost?

Service animals are allowed everywhere, at all times. All accommodations are open to those with service animals. There is no pet fee. If there is additional cleaning or damage caused by the animal, the owners will be charged accordingly.

Does my dog have to be on a leash?

Yes, pets must be leashed at all times and never left unattended.

Can my dog be at the beach/pool with us?

No, pets are not allowed at the pool.

Are there age requirements to rent an RV space? Cabin?

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a space.

Is an ID required at check-in?

An ID is not required at check-in.

Can I work on my car/camper in the park?

No, however, guests may use professional services for maintenance.

Can I wash my RV in the park?

No, however, guests may use professional services to wash their RV.

Can I sleep in my car in an RV site?

Car camping is not allowed.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, mail and packages can be delivered before and during a guest’s stay. Mail is allowed for up to two weeks prior to arrival and will be held for seven days after delivery unless guests request a longer hold.

Are the bathrooms and showers ADA-accessible?

No, bathrooms are not ADA-accessible.

Is there an onsite laundry facility?

Yes, our onsite laundry facility is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, last load-in is at 7 p.m.

Are the showers open 24 hours a day?

Yes, our showers are open 24 hours a day.

Is there a maximum stay allowed?

Yes, RV sites and cabins have a 14-day maximum stay.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is allowed outside at least 20 feet away from any public entrances.

Do all sites have picnic tables?

Most sites have picnic tables and those without can be provided upon request. Please contact the office for more information.

Is there a dump station onsite?

There is no designated dump station, however, guests may dump for free. The general public may dump/fill for $15 and must do so before 1 p.m.

Is there propane sold onsite?

Yes, propane is sold onsite and available for both residential and public.

Can I fill my freshwater tank onsite?

Yes, however, all fills must be done before 1 p.m.

Can I bring outside firewood to burn?

Yes, outside firewood is allowed and bundles are also available for purchase in the office.

Is there a store onsite?

Yes, there is a convenience store onsite that sells snacks and drinks.

Are there prepared food options onsite (restaurant, snack shack, deli, pizza)?

We have a convenience store with snacks and drinks. But we do not have a restaurant or any other prepared food.

Is there a party or meeting place available onsite?

No, there is no meeting place onsite.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi onsite.

Do you offer satellite and/or cable tv?

No, we do not offer cable TV.

Are tents allowed in addition to an RV in an RV space? In addition to a cabin rental?

No, additional tents are not allowed.

How many tents are allowed per tent site?

Each tent space has a gravel tent pad that can fit one tent. A second tent may be allowed if it fits on the pad and isn’t in the grass. Please contact the office for more information.

If I have extra vehicles, is there an overflow parking area?

Overflow parking is available for a $40 fee for the entire stay.

Do you allow triple towing?

Triple towing is allowed with a $5 fee per vehicle per day.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Please call 303-872-0091 to cancel. Reservations cannot be canceled via email or text.

During the Winter can I leave my hose hooked up to my RV?

We require all guests to disconnect from the water at night unless they have their hydrant wrappedwith heat tape.
